About a year ago some terrific grandparents inquired about packing and shipping a rocking horse to their grandson in the northeast.
I thought it was probably the store bought kind, and they would just bring it in a box and we would ship it out via UPS or FEDEX.
They were insistent that this horse was special. A few days later they brought the horse to the store.
Needless to say grandpa had made this custom rocking horse for his grandson and wanted it to get there in one piece.
I said no problem and set to work.

A few days later I received the following email from Mr. and Mrs. Funderburk:
Mark – thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our rocking horse – it made the trip to MA just fine, and was substantially packed – our daughter-in-law said “you could’ve dropped it off Niagra Falls and it would have been unharmed!” And as you can see, our grandson couldn’t wait to get on it! Again, our thanks! You are even better than advertised!
